Ep40: Welcome to ATLANTA with Arthur Doctor #YMPsintheCity

The black Mecca of the South is without a doubt "the A", Atlanta, the 404! For the young melanated professional, Atlanta sits as a destination where one can thrive, make memories for a great weekend and bask in a city where melanin is the majority!  [Conversation starts at 4:45]

On the second stop of the #YMPsintheCity Tour we speak with Arthur Doctor, an achieving black male set to graduate with his Doctorate degree by 30 and a leading professional at one of Atlanta's top universities! His life's journey has taken him from South Carolina, to Virginia, back to South Carolina for college, Florida and for the last four years  ATLANTA!

Arthur makes several arguments as to why ATLANTA is a place of growth and the come up, as long as you stay strong in who you are! A large network of successful peers and mentors, a great cost of living, and a foodie scene like no other have kept him sane while living in Atlanta. Ultimately, getting rooted in a church has helped make his transition settling!

Even if you've visited Atlanta or have lived in Atlanta, this episode is motivational and has hacks on how to maximize your time in the city! Thanks to Arthur to spreading his personal story of growth from college to adulthood!
